Support - Upgrades

Version 3 is a new version of TaskArchitect with very substantial new functions. We provide a loyalty discount price to all customers who purchased after August 2007 - the Pro Edition is $499 US per copy. Details of what's new in Version 3 can be found here.

To obtain a quotation for upgrading to TaskArchitect 3, please contact our sales department including details of the original purchase and how many copies of TaskArchitect 2 Pro you would like to upgrade.

Updates

TaskArchitect provides free updates within each version during the period of one year after the original purchase date. This is sometimes called a 'dot release' update policy. For instance, if you bought Version 2.2 on March 20 2009 and it is now January 11 2010 you are entitled to an update to the most recent update of Version 2.

Customers who purchase support packages before the end of one year after the original purchase date may extend their upgrade period. See here for more details.

Version 1 of TaskArchitect is no longer supported. Contact support@taskarchitect.com if you need to download a copy of Version 2.
