The importance of renewing your software maintenance plan.

Each purchase of TaskArchitect - Standard or Professional Edition - comes with one year of free software support via email. If you have any questions, issues, or comments about your TaskArchitect software purchase, you can always contact our support team at support@taskarchitect.com, and they will do their best to answer all inquiries within one business day. This includes questions ranging from basic troubleshooting to explaining how TaskArchitect itself works.

Our ability to remain in close communication with our customers is very important to us. We strive to always be available to help our patrons in a timely manner. Giving our customers confidence that there are real people available to help with any issue that may arise is something that separates us from other software companies.

But the free software support plan does not last forever.

Once your year of free support is up, it is important to renew your software maintenance plan to extend your support annually. Renewing will provide unlimited technical support for one more year, free product upgrades when applicable or available, and gives you the assurance that if anything comes up, you will able to get the help you need to get back to your Task Analysis job. While we are happy to provide assistance to all customers for their first year of TaskArchitect ownership for free, we can only continue help those customers who renew their plans after that one year mark.

The annual support plan renewal fee for the Professional Edition is $125 per license, and the annual support plan renewal fee for the Standard Edition is $54 per license.
